Reports and recommendations
Clear, honest reports that explain what you need and why.
What's involved
A good report gives the reader enough information to make a decision. We write in plain language, back our recommendations with what we observed and measured, and keep to what's relevant for the purpose of the report.
We can prepare:
- Functional capacity reports
- Progress reports for NDIS plan reassessments
- Assistive technology and home modification recommendations
- Letters and summaries for GPs, specialists and other therapists
- Reports for aged care providers and insurers
Who it can help
- NDIS participants with an upcoming plan reassessment
- People applying for funding for equipment or home changes
- Support coordinators and plan managers who need evidence for a request
- Other health professionals involved in someone's care
How it works
Before we start writing, we confirm what the report is for, who will read it and when it's needed. If you have a plan reassessment coming up, let us know as early as you can so there's time to do it properly.
You'll have the chance to read the report before it's sent anywhere, and we'll only share it with the people you've agreed to.
Paying for reports
Report writing time is charged at the same hourly rate as therapy. We'll give you an estimate before we begin. See fees and cancellations.
