Private health insurance

If your extras cover includes occupational therapy, you can claim part of the cost from your fund. Rebates vary between funds and policies, so check with yours first.

NDIS participants

For NDIS participants, we charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, including travel and report writing where they apply. Your service agreement lists the exact rates. Read more on our NDIS page.

Support at Home

Services are invoiced to your Support at Home provider at the rate agreed with them. We will confirm this with you and your provider before we start.

Paying your invoice

We send an invoice after each appointment, or monthly for regular sessions. Payment is due within 14 days.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Life happens, and we understand that plans change. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.

  • Private clients: cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee
  • NDIS participants: short notice cancellations are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, as set out in your service agreement
  • If we need to cancel, there is never a charge to you, and we'll find another time as soon as we can

If something serious has come up, talk to us. We use common sense.
